Marketing and Listings
We will market your property on leading platforms like Rightmove, and prepare marketing materials (photos, descriptions, etc.). The Client is responsible for ensuring all provided property information is accurate.

Client Obligations
Clients must:

Provide access to the property for viewings and inspections.

Confirm legal ownership or authority to sell/let the property.

Provide a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before the property is marketed.

Fees and Charges
Our fees and commissions are tailored to your needs. For specific fee information, please contact us directly. Fees are payable upon completion of a sale or let. Additional charges may apply if a property is withdrawn from the market after marketing has begun.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
We comply with UK AML regulations and will require identity and proof of funds documentation from all Clients.
